They were very nice, but said that there were no more of these bluetooths available and to return the defective one for a refund. They e-mailed a paid postage return label and I returned it the next day. That was over a month ago and I haven't received a refund or heard from them. I e-mailed the service dept. and received an automatic acknowlegment, but no answer or refund. I guess I'm just <br />out $23 and some change. This set works very well and has good noise immunity. She has had a problem with headsets and earpieces while driving. Apparently, federal regulations don't allow them to put out enough volume to hear over road noise. I'm guessing that they don't use their own products. I can't use them because I have diminished hearing and can't make out the conversation. <br /> <br /> Overall, this is a good set. The battery life is good, it's rugged enough to survive her purse and she can hear while driving, which is why we bought it. The price that I paid was very good too.
